Let's see if this works. If so - 3rd times a charm! Lots of computer "issues" today. I had this ready to post twice before and then that ol' computer never-never land gobbled up what I was doing. (Couldn't be operator error???) And I was so proud of cutting down my cycle time of painting/photographing/uploading the image/editing the image/saving the image in several sizes/bringing the image into this program/writing my little "spiel" - and posting. I know - more information than you want to know. Nothing like a computer to humble you.
In my last "almost posted" comments, I talked about being so happy about the dry weather, even though it's hot. Well . . . . I went to the post office and THAT weather scene totally changed. A big lightning/thunder storm blew up - literally - and while I was in the line in the post office, a tree blew over in their yard! Yikes!! I also said some sappy things about missing my Dad around Father's Day and how happy I am with my good memories of him. I guess those sappy little thoughts are supposed to remain private. But I do have fond memories of my "Daddy" and I'm so thankful.
About this painting - it's just fun! This is in my funky style that I so love to do. And these little flowers don't care if it's hot or cold or dry or raining. Wish I had some real ones like that!

Fragile looking beauties and the colors are just wonderful. Glad you thought of your Father...he was a fun person and I am sure that brought a smile to your face !
