Colorado Fall 2007 - I

Today I felt like I was back in the mountains! The air was crisp outside - but a little overcast, unlike those beautiful clear blue skies in Colorado. It hasn't been overcast here for a while, and we're getting closer to winter days! Our Fall colors are very pretty here. "Locals" say the colors aren't as vibrant as some years, but I see some beautiful, bright red and orange and yellow colors. Much more than I've seen in many years in the California desert. So I'm enjoying the change of colors with the seasons.
Again - this photo is a little dark. I may replace it tomorrow. These early evenings are messing up my photography work. As far as the purple background on the last posting, you'll just have to use your imagination - until I master some program like PhotoShop. Not sure I have the patience to do that now. Maybe it'll be on my "to do" list for 2008. Before then, I better invest in some decent lighting for photography. I need to consult with my photography guru Don Mason in Bakersfield. I miss him!!
Hope you have a beautiful Fall evening -
